Every time I walk in the staff are so friendly and always greet me and say goodbye when I leave. They are very helpful whenever I have needed something. The facility is clean and modern. I am a class girly so I always attend the Les Mills classes and reformer Pilates. The instructors are amazing, they encourage but do not make you feel like you suck just because you can’t do the high levels, as long as your moving they’re happy. The workouts always change up and are as interactive as you want them to be 😊
