After being at my previous gym for about 10 years, I felt like I needed a change and FC was my choice after testing the waters on a few other gyms. I've been there about 6 months now and there's no going back.
There's everything you could ask for when it comes to a well equipped gym. From a big variety of cable and plate loaded machines, a quarter of the main floor dedicated to leg machines, multiple squat racks and smith machines, a whole lot of dumbbells, an entire level of the gym dedicated to cardio and stretching as well as 5 stair masters for all the cardio queens out there.
The receiption staff there are always welcoming with a smile, especially Kieran where not only does he know how to crack a laugh but also makes the best protein shakes, always a double pump for the bro.
