As a leading Sports Dietitian and Personal Trainer, I have been fortunate to be in the fitness industry for over 10 years. My focus is to help you in improving both your physical and mental health through employing simple, realistic and individualised training and nutrition support. Currently the AFL Lions Dietitian, I believe the training and nutrition fundamentals I teach athletes are transferable and beneficial anyone who is keen to live their best life. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain strength, increase fitness or improve athletic performance, I’ve got you! I look forward to working with you and exceeding your goals!
