With over 5 years of experience in weight training and fitness, I have always had a strong passion for fitness and bodybuilding. For the last 2 years, I have been preparing myself to compete in Men’s Physique. Since then, I have formed a huge passion in training, nutrition and body recomposition. As a Personal Trainer, my main priority is to ensure that each client achieves their own specific fitness goals and reaches a more proactive and healthier lifestyle. I take personal training as a very rewarding career which displays itself as a perfect opportunity for me to make positive changes to people’s physical well-being, appearance and mental health.
