"The facilities are incredible, the biggest and best gym on the Sunshine Coast. You couldn't ask for any more in a gym, from sauna to masseuse to beauty therapist to Les Mills classes, outdoor area, boxing studio, cardio deck, they have it all. A vibrant and fun, positive energy and staff are all really friendly. 10/10."

"What a fantastic super fast/simple rego for a one day pass, thank you! The girl at the front desk this morning (6 Apr 2021) was so genuinely friendly and efficient. We only wanted a day pass and assumed we’d get long forms to complete but she whipped out two iPads (instantly halved the checkin time for 2 ppl) with a process that took less than a minute, yessss why doesn’t everyone do this! Amazing thank you, won’t go anywhere else when back in town. The gym has plenty of space and equipment- I found everything I needed in the obvious places in a few minutes. Cool music playing, heaps of space and clean bathrooms. Highly recommended."
