Over my many years of experience as a Personal Trainer, I have found my passion for empowering others to feel more confident, knowledgable and stronger with their health and fitness journey. I enjoy assisting individuals to transition their new skills to their own lifestyles.
Along with being a Personal Trainer, I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. I have worked with people of all abilities and conditions, including diabetes management, cardiovascular disease and musculoskeletal injuries/ conditions to down syndrome, amputees and mental health. I have also worked with many people with goals varying from fat loss, to increasing strength and getting those booty gains from pre to post-pregnancy.
Overall, I believe balance is key to achieving whatever goals an individual has and love
providing the education and strategies to support this harmony.
