I teach people that they can achieve a greater quality of life, become happier versions of themselves, and live a healthy lifestyle in and out of the gym with the guidance of a coach and friend.
I specialise in resistance training and utilise the tools of hypertrophy and periodisation to strategically plan and manipulate training variables, maximising fitness adaptations while minimising the risk of injury and overtraining. I have an in-depth understanding of nutrition and the relationship between diet, health, and disease.
